Our strips are made from fresh chicken breast: the meat is chopped into large pieces, rolled in breadcrumbs with herbs and baked with hot steam. Due to this, juiciness remains inside, and a crispy crust forms on the outside. You can serve them in different ways. For example, with garlic sauce for piquancy or with vegetables for a light snack. They are perfect for a quick breakfast, dinner or even a buffet — versatility is one of their strengths. The main advantage is the balance of texture. Soft meat does not dry out, the breadcrumbs do not crumble during cooking, and the cooking time takes only 10-12 minutes.
