MUSAFFO natural ayran, with a fat content of 2.2%, is produced from whole cow's milk by separation and fat normalization with further fermentation with high-quality bacterial cultures of Streptococcusthermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii, a subspecies of bulgaricus. The product does not contain vegetable fats, preservatives, antibiotics and inhibitory substances.
In the production of ayran, drinking water is used, which undergoes 5 stages of purification, as well as iodized salt, which is necessary for regions with iodine deficiency.
